GERMANY, Saxony, Dresden, Fürstenzug or Procession of the Dukes in Auguststrasse a mural on 25,000 Meissen tiles that depicts 35 noblemen from the 12th century Konrad the Great, to Friedrich August III, Saxony's last king, who ruled from 1904-1918. It was originally painted by Wilhelm Walter between 1870 and 1876 but eventually, the stucco began to crumble and around 1906-07 it was replaced by the tiles.
