France, Orne, Domfront, Saint Julien Church, Byzantine style church by Architect Albert Guilbert. Built between 1926 and 1933. Due to the cramped site he abandoned the Latin cross shape in favour of a Byzantine church design. He also chose to use concrete rather than stone. The interior was created with glazed ceramics and glass by Parisian artist Gaudin, Showing the Risen Christ in the Byzantine stye.
